Improve "following the conversation" message

Describe the bug

Following the conversation message is intended to display who is engaging in the active communication, but when the conversation is not active (say an hour after the most recent message) at this point this message does not relate to it's intend.

Expected behavior

A good expected behaviour for this can be to hide the "following the conversation" banner after X amount of time, where X is time passed since most recent message and implies the conversation is not active anymore.

additionally we may can call "following the conversation" as "active in conversation"?
