If a registrant selects "Tribal" as a type of organization, prompt a follow-up question:

Is your organization a federally-recognized tribe?
Y/N

If yes, select from dropdown (see list here: https://www.bia.gov/service/tribal-leaders-directory/tld-csvexcel-dataset).

If no, next question:

Is your organization a state-recognized tribe?
Y/N

If yes, enter name of tribe in a text field

If no, prompt user with a question to explain more about their tribe. User should not be able to complete the rest of the application form.
