Update AAD.5.3v1 & AAD.5.4v1 instructions to match the admin center

💡 Summary

An error was noticed with the instructions on two of AAD's policy instructions, AAD.5.3v1 & AAD.5.4v1. Updates will be made and steps will be updated to match buttonology in the admin center.

Motivation and context

This belongs to keep the SCBs updated with the latest admin centers buttonology for their respective M365 product.

Implementation notes

Please provide details for implementation, such as:

For MS.AAD.5.3v1 Instructions: two updates to be made:

1. In step 2 "Update" should be replaced with "Applications"
2. In step 3 "User consent settings" should be updated to "Admin consent settings"
3. Update step 5 to be the following:

• Previous: Under Who can review admin consent requests, select the group responsible for reviewing and adjudicating app requests (created in step one above).

• New: Under Who can review admin consent requests, select + Add groups and the group responsible for reviewing and adjudicating app requests (created in step one above).

For MS.AAD.5.3v1 Instructions: Updates to be made:

1. In step 2 "Update" should be replaced with "Applications"
