Combobox Drop Menu Hides Typing Functionality / Doesn't Resize With Smaller Windows

Describe the bug
When clicking on a combobox that is at the bottom of a form on a page or when clicking on a combobox displaying in a small browser, the dropdown functionality obscures the text input portion of the combobox. It would seem that the dropdown should resize / push the page down further rather than stay a fixed size / obscure the text input.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page like SecureX / Insights / Profiles / Cloud Management
2. Click on a profile and scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Enable Product Update Window and click configure once, scroll down, and click configure again
4. Notice the timezone combobox
5. TO SEE BEHAVIOR - make your page really small and open the combobox or make sure that there is a small amount of space between the combobox and the bottom of your browser to see the bug.

Expected behavior
Combobox should push page either further down, or hide behind the bottom of the page, not obscuring the text input on the combobox.
