how to enable RTE_LIBRTE_IEEE1588

I want to enable RTE_LIBRTE_IEEE1588 and have read the doc 'https://github.com/cisco-system-traffic-generator/trex-core/blob/master/doc/trex_stateless_latency_ieee_1588.asciidoc'. the doc shows How to Enable this Feature like this：

Enable RTE_LIBRTE_IEEE1588 in the corresponding DPDK config file (for example: src/pal/linux_dpdk/dpdk_2102_x86_64/rte_config.h) and build trex-core and copy the executables to the TRex Client.

I have compiled DPDK 21.02.0, but

1. how to build trex-core
2. which executables file to copy
3. copy the file to where
