If it is so import, what is the suggestion for setting the timestamp?

timestamp is two frames time interval. timestamp unit is ms.

How can I set timestamp of the frames?

I have tried to set the source pictures' timestamps as pic.uiTimeStamp = 1000 / FPS;. But the encoded stream doesn't have timestamps.
