Sometimes the citation (after I converted with Pandoc) becomes: OCLC: Numbers (see the screenshot).

While, when I used other styles like Chicago or Turabian it works well.

This is due to https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/society-of-biblical-literature-fullnote-bibliography.csl#L1005 but is a mistake in mapping what I assume is Zotero data to pandoc CSL. You should use CSL JSON (which would put this into "note" not "annote") rather than BibLaTeX, which I'd assume you're using.
