As referenced here, we need to add a record ID column to the Socrata datasets for AMD assets. This enables us to use their geospatial query API to find nearby assets from the mobile app.

The affected datasets are:
Hazard Flashers

Traffic Cameras

School Zone Beacons

Dynamic Messaging Signs (DMS)

Travel Sensors
