Did this already for Fy2016 (attached) as prospective report with made-up cost info.

Only need 14 contracts invoices (one for each project) to get a handle on the whole year!

The $/LM in the last column are reasonably close to Tevlyn assessment. Could combine Slurry, Overlay/Asphalt and concrete and put a column header for each year data to see the trends as well.
