DB templates vs package templates

I see multiple template files, in ddah_web/static/, deldichoalhecho_theme/, and the files copied to staticfiles. Files like 100dias, edicion2015, etc.

I understand changes to these files do not affect anything as the designs are stored in the ddah instance web templates table in the DB.

• Should we remove the files from the project and only manage DB templates?
• What if we remove the DB templates and move the templates to files so we can versionate the template changes? We could create a separate repository to unlink the theme from the deldichoalhecho project.
