New VGuns

[auburncivilnetworks]

Port over the vguns_mcx and the vguns_vepr from MRP to SCP. We are in Dire need of new weapons to use in the server, and these two are perfectly suited. Both guns are fully configured with attachments.

For the MCX, the following bodygroups (String : Index) need to be set to 2 when a scope is equipped on the gun:

• "Front Sight" : 13
• "Rear Sight" : 14
