GeoIp.dat on heroku

Hello,

where do I have to save this file and how to access it to get it work on Heroku. On my local machine I can access it, but on Heroku I have tried to put it in lib/assets, public, in the root but I always get that there is not such file.

I don't know Heroku well enough to answer. However, before you try to open the file, check the working directory. Perhaps construct your file pathname beginning with ENV['RAILS_ROOT']. List the directory contents if you think you're already in the right place. If those don't help you, I'm out of answers and you should ask Heroku.
