Double clicking tray icon throws unhandled exception

Plex Media Server v1.40.0.7998-c29d4c0c8 - Microsoft PC x64-x64 - build: windows-x86_64 windows - GMT -06:00
Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition 21H2 on bare steel.

I'm not sure if it's related but 12+ hours ago, I initialized a Plex update through the Plex web interface. That update seems to be stalled. Currently the PlexService is running but the web interface is returning 404.

I'm testing this now. >90% of the time when I double click the tray, it opens http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html in a webbrowser (which is showing 404 ATM), but every once in a while an exception is raised.
