Testing commands start, finish and publish I'm asking "Are you sure? (Y/n)". Pressing Enter to run the default Y, nothing happens. I have to type Y to work.

I'm using the fish terminal.

@ronaldaraujo Y is not the default option because I believe the user should be aware of the action, so he needs to confirm by typing Y.

But I'm really not sure if it would be that best way. So we could look at another CLI that has similar behaviour, so we can light our thoughts to improve the behaviour of the default command.

Do you know any examples?
