not rendering in PDF export #10
Comments
Hey thanks, I actually had not considered the export to PDF feature at all. Ideally everything should render properly when exporting so I'll definitely have to take a look and see if I can fix the problem. Not sure how complex a problem it is going to be though, so I can't really put a timeline on it at this point. |
Hey @ckRobinson do yo u have a plans on this, yet? Thank you very much |
Hey, sorry it took a while but the good news is Export to PDF is now working in my test build. I want to spend a bit more time testing to make sure nothing broke before publicly releasing on obsidian but if you want to test out the beta build you can manually install the attached files. (Instructions on how to manually install in the main README if you haven't done that before.) One thing to note is that the drop shadow applied to multi-column regions is rendering weird when exported to PDF so I recommend disabling that before exporting. I'm not sure if that bug is on my end or Obsidian because it looks like it happens to other plugins when they get exported as well. |
Hey there, just released 0.5.0 which now includes this fix. I'll leave this issue open for now in case something pops up but from my tests everything seems to work fine. Feel free to let me know if you spot anything. |
Hello.
I really like your plugin and would love to use it for creating documents in markdown/Obsidian.
Sadly I just noticed, that the plugin doesn't currently work when exporting to PDF.
Is this feature planned for the future? When could it be potentually used?
