feat: bid by futbin value

• I have searched for existing issues that already include this feature request, without success.

Describe the Feature Request

currently it is possible to buy players using a set price (or below) or by using a %of futbin value. I think it would be good to be able to specify a minimum futbin value too

Describe the Use Case

so in buy settings instead of a % you can put a minimum futbin value. sofor example if i search for gold rares with a max buy now price set at 750 you can then set a minimum futbin value of say 900 and the bot will only buy cards valued at 900+ when listed for 750 or less
