pdfpreview + resourceproxy: error opening a PDF via HTTP stream #986

I use the extension pdfpreview to preview internal PDFs and resourceproxy in addition for previewing external PDFs in CKAN 2.0. For PDFs which are directly linked as PDF this works fine. But if the PDF is created on-the-fly via a HTTP stream I get the following error

PDF.JS Build: 1c31953
Nachricht: Unexpected server response of 0.

See this sample external PDF which can't be previewed

It would be great to have a solution for this.

I might be wrong but I think this was fixed in #896.

Yes, great. I merged the branch from #896 into my local release-v2.0.1 branch. It works. Thanks.
