  1. Open attached file, copy its text and paste it into editor
    full width space.txt

Expected result

Text is pasted with full width spaces.

Actual result

Text is pasted without full width spaces in Firefox, Edge and IE11 (Chrome and Safari work fine).
This issue only occurs in CKEditor. Native contenteditable works fine. It also works in the editor provided that sample text is copied from website and not plain text file.

There are also some details mentioned in support ticket number 40594.
