I can't use Composer to update ckeditor because packagist does not currently.

I see a commit here 9335fb4 for 4.18.0, but it seems not to have propagated to packagist, where the most recent is 4.17.2.

(The workaround is to use the zip file in the composer.json repositories section.)

Probably a duplicate of this issue: ckeditor/ckeditor4#3921

I also noticed this. 9 days since the tag was created and still packagist is not updated.
