Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Use attached files and paste its content to word.
    example1.docx
    example2.docx
  2. Move aside objects (shapes) in word and try to copy paste it again.

Expected result

In both cases there will be the same number of img tags in CKEditor.

Actual result

Some of IMG tags are removed, what is problematic when you start to compare PFW output with RTF clipboard content. It's required to have ACF turned on.

  • Browser: Chrome
  • OS: Win7
  • CKEditor version: 4.7.3
  • Installed CKEditor plugins: full-all
