Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open /tests/plugins/editorplaceholder/manual/editorplaceholder manual test.
  2. Focus inline editor.
  3. Blur the editor.

Expected result

Placeholder text smoothly hides/shows up.

Actual result

Visible jiggering: placeholdertext_example
