3. Edit the link (or just click on it to trigger the link balloon.

The link balloon does not get outside the left border of the editor:

• Browser: Any
  Regression on master compared to 38.1.1. As it caused E2E tests to fail yesterday, it is safe to assume that it is caused by one of the changes merged into master around 25th July 2023.
