Numbered/Legal headings with legal style numbering

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

As we released multi-level lists, there's one improvement / similar feature, which is automatically numbered headings. MS Word keeps this option quite close to the legal lists, but the behavior is a bit different.

In Word, legal headings are always without left margin, the creation of next "list-items" is based on the creation of headings.

Most likely implementation on our side would extend the headings feature, and wouldn't be related to Lists.
