Adding favorites, login, logout, song submit, message submit features

I've forked your repo to :

• upgrade to gradle project (with android studio)
• add the favorites, login, logout, song submit, message submit features.

Known bugs (for now): CVGM current song if one step earlier, requesting a song raise a "too much frames skipped" warning, CVGM site is the default one (:-))

Cool! I'd like to integrate your changes, definitely make a PR and I'll review. Nectarine's going to have to remain the default :) and some of the deleted graphics/tools source will need to go back in.
