CLA Bot says I signed something when I didn't

This was on grafana/pyroscope#566

I visited the CLA to read it, but didn't sign it. I don't know why it says I signed it.

When visiting today, I accidentally signed it due to a combination of #760 and #807. I thought clicking 'sign in' without checking 'agree' would just sign me in, but it said that I agreed. Then I was able to revoke the permission in https://cla-assistant.io/my-cla (which, by the way, should be linked from somewhere other than #760 (comment); I also wasn't able to agree to the many permissions demanded when signing in on the home page).

Please see my #1034 which clarifies the sign-in flow. It's incorrect for custom fields for example.
