is it possible to assign a different email per account?

Not currently. The captcha emails are sent to the same email, but they don't need to be related in any way to the account email. It just serves as a notification that a captcha needs to be solved.

I would suggest to just send the email to the epic games account owner (the login email) instead of the one, who hosts the script.
