Note some minor UX issues with pyvim:

Implement quit to match vim prompt-toolkit/pyvim#125 ZZ for save and quit not working
- "1 more files to edit" q! quit does not work prompt-toolkit/pyvim#148 quit no save not working - use :qa instead
Adding 'ZZ' to .pyvimrc prompt-toolkit/pyvim#122 ZZ for save and quit not working
:set ignorecase and :set ic ignored prompt-toolkit/pyvim#147 ignore case issues
Paste from Windows/System Clipboard doesn't work - ptpyvim / pyvim copy / paste usability issues #47
