What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to Mac Os Lion
2. Run any go command


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error in the subject line instead of the correct behavior.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as of today. OS is Mac Os X Lion.

My changedir succeeds, but I do get this message every time.
