support muti-arguments for example my-program.exe --env my-env1=v1 --env my-env2=v2

support muti-arguments for example my-program.exe --env my-env1 --env my-env2

Alternatives, if applicable

in the current time I workaround and do like that my-program.exe --env "my-env1=v1 --env my-env2=v2"
