Support CLARIN ACA license URL variants

It appears that normalising license URL variants such as: https://kitwiki.csc.fi/twiki/bin/view/FinCLARIN/ClarinEulaAca?ID=1&AFFIL=EDU&BY=1&NC=1&NORED=1 to CLARIN_ACA does not work with the current value mapping scheme.

Could a variant (regexp) be added to LicenseAvailabilityMap.xml#L370 to support such license URLs for Availability facet with the LINDAT_CLARIN profile, which only uses a ConceptLink on the uri element field?

@meaton how did you come to the conclusion that mapping such URLs does not work? We are doing it for the creative commons licence URI variants, see e.g. LicenseAvailabilityMap.xml#L107. The concept link you mention is accepted for further mapping in the availability facet, i.e. through LicenseAvailabilityMap.
