Put record availability summary in record 'side panel'

The license (category) and usage information aka "availability" that is now shown to the right of the title, below the prev/next buttons, could be rendered in the side panel where the large resource link is shown as well. This way it's easier to spot, especially in case the user chooses to go directly to the resource or process it with the switchboard.
