I think we should improve the user interface of the federated login / CLARIN EU SP.

I would propose the following modifications:



1.       Make "Sign in to Clarin EU Service Provider" SMALL (and change
CLARIN to capital letters)

2.       Change "Select your Identity Provider" to "Select your Institution
(identity provider)", and make it BIG

3.       Change the text to:
"Please type in any part of the name of your academic institution, with
special characters (accents etc.). Try the original and the English name.
If you cannot find your institution in the list below, please select the top
entry "Clarin.eu website account" and use your credentials of the CLARIN
website, if you have these. Else you can request them here:
https://user.clarin.eu/user/register. 
For questions please contact webmaster@clarin.eu."

Perhaps a little big longish, but when one types in "KOL" or "COLO",
searching for Universität zu Köln (University of Cologne), one would not
find it - but the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln can only be found by their
English name German Sport University Cologne.

(In this context: it would be nice to map all special characters in the
names, and the input, to ASCII.)


I also fear it cannot be pressuposed that everyone has a CLARIN-EU-Website
account.


By the way, I get an "access denied" error if I go to
https://user.clarin.eu/user/register.
