Update the TGrep and DH-REP data

we just could take all non-problematic LTP mimetypes in the list and declare them recommended/accepted, and all problematic LTP formats would be discouraged. We also could add a link to our

Note: I thought I would take a quick stab at this myself, despite our policy of not performing such services (for lack of resources), but it's not clear to me what I should put into the resulting sketch of recommendations.

I am not sure what domains are meant for the particular recommendations (see list of domains: https://clarin.ids-mannheim.de/standards/views/list-domains.xq )

And I assume that these the nestor criteria are to be found somewhere under https://www.langzeitarchivierung.de/Webs/nestor/DE/Publikationen/nestor_Materialien/nestor_materialien_node.html but I regret to say that I can't afford the time for deeper research right now.
