IMS: depositing or not?

It is not all clear that IMS still provides deposition services as a C-centre. Maybe the relevant info is very cleverly hidden.

Possible resolutions: set it to non-depositing or even remove altogether (because we're only interested in depositing centres, unless they are part of Text+, in which case the listing might be useful nevertheless).
