That page, https://standards.clarin.eu/sis/views/list-statistics.xq , references directly the closed issue #67 .
It would be good to either redirect it to a newer instantiation of that issue, e.g. #202 or to put in a preconfigured link to a new issue -- the latter would be the most sustainable way out.
