Mock-Up Improvements and Bugfixes

Here we collect some important improvements and urgent bugfixes to the Mock-Ups that serve as blueprint for the development of the CSIS. @DenoBeno delegate to mehrnoosh (accept github invitation pending).

Mock-Up screens are in the wrong order! They should follow the EU-GL process model (in v0.68 it starts with Adaptation) Please consider re-introducing the naming conventions used till v0.52 (e.g. 1000 HC < ...) so that the correct order is preserved when mock-up screens are automatically ordered by their name.

To be able to implement the HC-LE table, please explain the HC-LE table mock-up, especially the difference to the HC table. E.g. it is not clear what is shown in column 'current level' and where this data should come from. Therefore for CSIS v1 we intend to re-use the implementation of the HC Table for HC-LE.

Consider updating the Risk/Impact table as suggested by PLINIVS, since the implementation will not follow the Mock-Ups.
