Users should be able to add comments and documents to each workflow step and thus to the final PDF report. One comment and one document per step should be enough. Documents should be something that can be embedded in PDFs, so this would probably exclude everything that's not an image.

Additionally, there are also requests for uploading a complete final report as PDF for the Transport Study and for the Linz Expert Study. This PDF document would either replace or complement (2 PDFs for download) the automatically generated PDF report.

Although this this has already been requested during the last plenary meeting, it's not so urgent at the moment.
