Heavy frame drops in graphical applications #9

The slow down is not about system and desktop environment but opengl applications
I have tried to disable pti, irbs and ibpb but didn't affected anything and i have re enabled them.

i have checked my system with spectre-meltdown-checker
results: spectre-meltdown-results.txt

script that i have used: spectre-meltdown-checker.sh.txt <---- rename to .sh file

After i installed the os, gnome desktop environment was sluggish and caused heavy frame drops. Now xfce and gnome has the same frame rate but gnome is still sluggish. when #10 happened , animations in xfce was gone. also my ubuntu 17.04 installation suffers from low frame rates in applications and worse than this os, ubuntu 17.04 had intel graphics drivers installed and updated.

I have installed version 20570 to my third hdd and problem still occurs
I have installed Antergos and whatever i have done issue was still occurred
I have forked issue to intel community page and they at least responded

what cpu frimware clear linux updates to ?, mine is 2013 version and i can't confirm that this is not the issue, i couldn't updated the frimware too! i am not that advanced to linux, for details please look the antergos issue page!
