Since we have deprecated ister from mixer build image and moved to clr-installer, there are some bundles that clr-installer installs by default such as NetworkManager, etc. @mdhorn has the complete list. My suggestion is to add these defaults when mixer init is invoked. Otherwise, when you build an image, they are missed and you don't know you missed them unless you dig through the log file. Unfortunately, clr-installer doesn't show the missing bundles through standard output.
