Add options to override defaults

Building on #1, if we start adding our opinions on what these apps should have, we should allow people to override them. For example:

• Using GrandCentral
• Using hot-loading
• Skip adding all the comments to the file output
  • These are great when you're building your first app to understand all it's doing. Less great when you're trying to hammer out an app and you've got more comments than code.
