EES Temp Folder is created when not requested.

When editing an email subject, I have the option to back up to EES Temp folder unchecked. However every time I edit an email subject, an empty EES Temp folder is opened, which I then have to delete (I'm a tidy up kinda guy).

Not a huge issue obviously, but if easily addressed, it would be lovely to have it gone.
