Moving files in new local folder > some files are empty - TB version 78.12.0 (32 bits)

I've just downloaded the extension.
I've created a folder.
When moving a file from the original local folder to the new one created with your extension, some folders remain empty.
Also, is it normal that the system just do a copy of the file and do not move it?
