Clementine doesn't support .oga, ape, or ac3 formats on Windows, but WMP
does.

I would also like to see an option to arrange the library by file format, and
particularly the ability to separate protected WMA or AAC files (Janus / Windows
Media DRM and FairPlay) from regular WMA or AAC files, whether ripped by the user or
purchased from the respective online stores.

OK so I downloaded gstreamer from here http://www.gstreamer-winbuild.ylatuya.es/doku.php then copied all the files from
C:\Program Files (x86)\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.6\lib\gstreamer-0.10\ to C:\Program Files (x86)\Clementine\gstreamer-plugins
and
these C:\Program Files (x86)\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.6\bin\ files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Clementine

now aac works

still can't get HTTP audio streams working :(
