Firefox 60.0.2
Npm commands ran without errors.
Resulting zip cannot be installed.

First, can you please try with the latest Firefox version (62).

Did you follow these steps : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/Temporary_Installation_in_Firefox ?

By the way, the recommended way to install this extension is to use the official Mozilla store https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/json-content-type-override/.
