some references to string missing std:: prefix

In the header files (at least in modp_b64.h and modp_b16.h, which are the
two I'm using), there are some references to string that should be std::string

interesting.   My unit test should have caught that...   I'll track this down 
and sort it out tonight and post a new 
test version for you to try (and the configure problem)

Should be all fixed in 3.7.0, just released.
