Moving a group with linked elements

I created a graph two elements. Both are embeded into a group. The two elements are connected via an joint with one vertice. If I now move the group .The elements move and so do the endpoints of the connection. However the vertices do not move.

Now I tried to also add the connection to the group and hoped that then the vertices will move too.. However now the group and the elements move to strange places and will no longer follow the mouse at all.
