Heidi sent the following on the clinvar-curator slack channel this past weekend.

I was not able to use the ClinVar Curation chrome ext tool over the weekend. I tried refreshing the tab, opening a new instance of chrome, etc and still got this error message.

The issue was due to a recent UI change that ClinVar made. The chrome extension depends on the HTML layout, so a minor change was needed to find the new location of the submission date in the variation and at the SCV level.
