Can use a power I no longer have

If I equip Scathelocke's spellbook, I can end up getting some new powers and add them to my actionbar. But when I remove the spellbook, I can still use them. Also, it would be nice if all actions/powers that are (at least currently) unusable were grayed out. I wrote you a patch that does this, but it's not entirely clean (it double checks in some places for example).

Posting patches on github is wierd to me, I guess you're supposed to fork the project, and clone it locally, make your changes, push them and post a "pull request"? Anyway, I'll email it to you, but it may need a little care here and there.
