Specifying the same deps twice is error-prone and a maintenance burden.

Alternatively, could generate deps in deps.edn from pom.xml, if we wanted to continue with Clojure maven pom as dev tooling instead of using Clojure deps cli.

I think we'll go with my original proposal.
