Consider indexing/searching img alt text in docset search

I think that it would probably make sense to index any alt text on imgs.

We'd probably want to make the images deep-linkable then, too? That way when you click through to the result you will be taken straight to the image.

Oh, maybe! Hadn't given it much thought (in other words, after some thought we might decide: nah).

I suppose it might not be obvious what you'd matched on because alt text is not always visible.

And if a term matches alt text and some other text, would you then prefer the image?
